Qualification/Skills:
----------------------------
- The person should have worked in similar position in Pharma for at least 2/3 years.
- Working knowledge & experience in various therapeutic classes.
- Age in between 35-40
- Science Graduate with MBA,
- Must have good Leadership skills to Manage people. Good selling, interpersonal and training skills.
- Having good verbal and written communication
- Proven track record of achieving annual targets with at least 2 years in continuity.
- Managing sales area focusing on development of core products.

Responsibilities:

- Managing sales team through selection, coaching, development & motivation.
- Beating sales targets through innovation, planning and efficient management.
- Planning and control of expenditure to ensure cost efficiency.
- Coordinating and partnering with marketing team to maximize sales opportunities.
