SVP-Credit Coordination (Corporate and Investment Banking)

Looking for SVP-Credit Coordination (Corporate & Investment Banking) for one of the leading country's commercial bank.

Candidate should be MBA in Finance & Banking with at least 12 years of relevant experience and responsible for:

Review all credit proposals/renewal emanating from the branches for analysis and removing discrepancies on the light of International Risk Practices and procedures and other governing documents before presenting to the relevant committees.

Analyze and summarize the proposal & apprise the Group Head about the quality of the loan.

Review the collected information for accuracy and completeness.

Keep track of all the proposals from initiating stage till approval stage and follow-up of files going to the concerned committees for presentation.

Organize & manage the working of the credit coordination department in the capacity of department head and provide timely information pertaining the group's affairs to the regulators.

Act as the liaison between the various concerned groups / committees and credit creation department (corporate branches).

Assembles and coordinates the forwarding of materials received from the branches to the concerned committees / groups for approval / sanctioning.

Able to give presentations to the credit & risk committees pertaining any credit proposal or case under consideration.

Ensure compliance of Banking laws, regulations, bank's instructions & procedure, maintenance of files & other records, rectification of audit irregularities & their non-recurrence.
