Job Description:
• Answer all incoming calls and deal with the caller’s inquiry whenever possible
• Redirect calls as appropriate and adequate with custom messages
• Provide word processing and secretarial support
• Filing, mail distribution and use of a computer usually are necessary
• Taking direct telephone messages and receive fax messages directly
• Greet and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
• Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
• Any other task assigned by the management.
