ReplyDeletei am submitting a sensational complaint of Pizza Hut Faisalabad Civil Line Branch that:
Last day I visit Pizza Hut with my family .when I reached there only 4 tables r free there we sat. I asked the service boy plz start the A.C he said sorry sir the A.C is not working properly . I replied the manager who sit with his stupid friends in front of AC and busy chit chat with them . He come after 15 min and said I already put the complaint to Pizza Hut services resolving department . I said last 7 days before I came at that time same AC problem is carried out . Then he said it takes time to resolved . If u sit in this atmosphere then give order otherwise u can leave. Me much annoyed his behaviour .me with family at that time so keep quiet and humbly request please change my seat . He said sorry I could do nothing . Then I again asked I will complaint urs. He said my name is asad do what u want ... Me sat in that place with full angry mood and gave order . Manager go back their seat and enjoying his friend party .. My name is Faraz and me very old customer of Pizza Hut and my number is 0092-3219696000 check out my last three months pizza order . Rest never come again Pizza Hut again and also suggest people not go to there . First of all stupid branch managers held there specialty one person yasir who is I think six branch manager disgusting also sit there in front of ac with that stupid fellows of manager . And second is AC problem . Pizza Hut is a big chain and also deduct a handsome amount of tax from us but alas There is No A C in that place .. Hope will get a strong feed back and wait ur reply ...this all things happens with me in Pizza Hut faisalabad civil line branch.
moreover you must need to take action immediately because its an intentionally mistake , otherwise our loyalty with pizza hut in aspect of Faisalabad Branch will be miscarriage.

ReplyDeleteI am one of the pioneer customer of pizza hut since 2005-2006. From past few days I have experienced the most pathetic service ever! I placed an order at 2:10pm on 11th of January 2017 when my order was placed I received a call at 2:30 pm or 2:35 pm from your call center and they informed that my order was cancelled & we are given you the branch contact number so that you will ask regarding your issue, after so many calls they didn't facilitate me.
After some inquiry from Pizza Hut Shaeed Milat Road I informed by your area coach Mr Nasir that my number is on black list, i ask the reason so he told me that in past you have so many complaints so that the Branch will not take your order anymore.
Next day I visited your head office to resolve this issue where i meet Mr Amjad and Mr Abbas representative of pizza hut call center and they told me the same story. I asked them is this your policy to facilitate the customers? when they made a complaint you put them on block list rather then to resolve their issues, they didn't apologize even they argue and their behavior was like they did a great job by putting my no on block list after 20 minutes argument with Mr Abbas he gives me his personal contact no and told me to place my order on his personal number.
I request you to kindly resolve this issue contact your higher authority and take some necessary action against your staff.I hope your management will take serious action against your staff.
