Essential Requirements: -- About 5 to 10 years (or more) work experience -- Recent experience in International Organization OR International NGO OR Project funded by foreign/international donor -- Experience in Crisis/Disaster/Early Recovery/Post Crisis or related area (Development Sector work related to the Pakistan flood disaster/Pakistan earthquake disaster, etc) preferred -- Experience in Project Management OR Program Management OR similar work -- Experience in Stakeholders coordination and Donors relations -- Experience of managing a team -- Excellent writing skills
