Job:Mechanical Supervisor-Dubai

Looking for a Mechanical Supervisor. A person who has experience from well known hotels or malls in Pakistan. Previous gulf experience would be an advantage.

Salary: AED 3.5 to 4k plus free accommodation.
Education: DAE Mechanical
Location : Dubai
Other details,
1. Prepare the periodical preventive and corrective maintenance Plans, duty roster & leave plans, appraisals, daily & monthly reports and to keep records of all spares and material used.
2. Analyze and focus the maintenance and repairing process of plant equipment ensuring the quality work to minimize the operational malfunctions and meet preventive maintenance tasks within approved budget and tenure.
- HVAC knowledge, and very good understanding of Chillers, FCU, AHU, pumps
3. Ensure that tenant concerns are fully met and complaints are handled effectively either independently or whenever required in coordination with other sections.
4. To prepare Purchase Requests for spares, tools and essential material and follow up with procurement department and suppliers for planning and availing of required material at the earliest.
5. Ensure/inspect the contractors activities regarding AMC, repairing and installation projects meet company standards and as per Safety and Environmental requirements.
6. Evaluate/verify, Train and motivate the workers for getting optimum efficiency to being more skilled and more hospitable to the tenant.
