General Manager HR:

The Role: The person will be responsible to plan, develop and administer proactive human resource management policies to support and lend synergy to CPSP business goals and objectives both for short-term plan and long-term strategic plan. Carry out periodic review and recommend for updating of the HR policies in line with changing business environment, market competition and technological advances. Develop system that can identify potential candidates for actual or anticipated organizational vacancies. Ensure that current training needs are identified for new and existing employees. To develop plans to initiate, responds to and manage change by refining human resource practices and procedures.

The Person: Candidate should be MBA, MPA or International certification in HR, having 10 years experience.
