Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics is urgently looking for Shift Managers(Karachi Based).
Suitable candidate must be BE Mech. / Industrial Manufacturing having at least 5 years of Experience in Production Management. Candidate must have experience in working with Manufacturing Industry (Cement, Textiles, Engineering).
Job Description:
•Managing the shift activities of the manufacturing plant ensuring that production efficiency and quality standards are achieved.
•Ensuring that all machines and equipment are in good running condition.
•Ensuring that all utilities facilities are kept in good operating condition to provide the needs of concerned users without incurring too much wastage.
•Ensuring that all raw materials, finished goods and end-to-end manufacturing processes are strictly complied with the quality standards of the company.
•Responsible for the cost effectiveness of the Plant.
Skills Required:
We require competent and skilled Engineer for Middle Management level Position. Ideal candidate must posses’ degree in Mechanical / Industrial Manufacturing with proven track record in a high speed concern of repute (Process Industry). Above position requires excellent leadership and people management skills. Preference will be given to candidates with additional MBA degree.
