PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE· MBA with minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Marketing / Category Management experience in the Spices Industry· Strong experience in Developing and implementing a strategy for all products in category.· A proven track record in building brands and launching new products.· Good communication and written English & Arabic skills· Basic level of marketing competencies. Some of these are consumer insights, concept development, consumer understanding & market research, advertising & communication, media & communication, packaging development, consumer promotion and project management.· A team player with strong inter-personal skills.· Age no more than 30 years.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES· Responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to drive year round business for all products in category.· Develop and implement a strategy to drive year round business for all products in category· Work closely with the sales team to develop the brand within the major multiples ( as a regional player) and in executing strategic priorities with retailers· Identify and execute strategies to maximize channel presence· Work closely with marketing team for new product development· Increase category market share as well as category revenue growth· Improve Brand recognition· Implements new market segment opportunities and leads the organization through new product Launches
