Manager Administration Services Job descriptions Reporting to: Manager Human Resource and Administration Provide transport / food services to internal staff Facilitate internal employees with a service oriented attitude Ensure safety and maintenance of capital assets Manage events as per need Handle travel, general support services, arrangement of office meetings and protocol issues Mange and supervise the services of support staff (Tea boys / drivers) Ensure timely receipt and payment of monthly bills from the regular vendors of South Region Maintain proper inventory of the office stationery with efficient control system The ideal candidate should Hold a MBA degree Have minimum 5 years of Customer Services experience Have proven record of strong work ethics and high level of integrity Essential Skills Customer Orientation Proficient in operating MS Office suite
