1. Position Title : Head of Distribution (Karachi)

Reports to: CEO



Education: Masters/MBA

Experience: 6 years or more selling experience

Age: 28 – 35 years

Job Responsibilities:

· Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans to attain the targets of retail and corporate business.

· Delivering retail and corporate sales by developing relationships with partners (Internal and External Distribution Channel)

· Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

· Acting as an ambassador and role model for business

· Taking responsibility of approximate 50+ employee teams on country level

· Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.

· Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.

· Provide direction to your department through coordination with Marketing department to increase retail penetration



Desired skills:



· Proven sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets

· Excellent sales and negotiation skills

· The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team

· Initiative, drive and enthusiasm

Excellent communication and 'people skills' Good planning and organizational skills



Salary Package : 150 – 225 p.m. + Commission and other Benefits

Education: MBA from a reputed institute, Prior experience in managing a Sales Team for Mutual Fund

Experience: 3 years experience in Mutual Fund Sales

Age: 25 – 35 years

· Procure investments in mutual funds.



· Timely Call reports and prudent relationship management.
