8 -12 years total experience including at least 5 years of manufacturing operations in FMCG/Pharma company

Job Functions
1. Deliver measurable cost reduction



2. Develop New Product Introduction metrics



3. Remove the existing barriers/constraints for timely introduction of new products



4. Explore opportunities to reduce the cycle time to Market.



5. Improve activities to support on-time delivery of market opportunities and product quality



6. Responsible for all Product Bill of Material (BOM)



7. Interface with Manufacturing to establ is h permanent processes which will guarantee the complete and timely delivery of new product.



8. Control Material Management, Production, Production Planning, Engineering and Warehouse

Skills Required
Must have good knowledge and practice of cGMP, ISO and Engineering
Must have good leadership and management skills
