1. ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – FEMALE

Minimum Qualification. Preferably Master’s degree in Social Sciences

Experience. Minimum four years of project management experience with at least one year of managing Relief projects. APM will assist Project Manager and will be responsible for the supervision of the project activities, provide training/orientation to project team, supervise strong communication skills,

General - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

2. Training Coordinator – Female
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or humanities and five years experience working in positions of increasing responsibility with public and/or non-profit service organizations

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent problem solving and stress management skills
Excellent public speaking and large group facilitation skills
Basic computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office
Ability to be part of a small, collaborative work team
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work

TRAINING AND TRAINING EVENT HOSTING AND MANAGEMENT
Present core training content and/or coordinate the presentation of core materials by other trainers
Manage/Coordinate all on-site logistics
Moderate/Host all training events
Manage and problem solve concerns as they arise with trainees, trainers, site staff or contracting agency
staff
Support, debrief and offer feedback to presenters, coaches, role-players and trainees as needed

Recordkeeping
Supervise/maintain all files pertaining to training contracts , including registration lists,
payment rosters, cost revenue reports, invoicing, and relevant data bases
Manage the training budget

3. TRAINER -FEMALE
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation in relevant capacity preferably master degree.
An ability to work towards deadlines and independently.
Report writing skills ability to work under pressure, priorities well and commitment to meet
Deadlines.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ensure target communities and potential participants for trainings
Ensure real implementation of training modules; ensure proactive training arrangements,
Certificates etc.
Good mutual understanding, cooperation and trust between organization and the target
communities;
Participate in regular community meetings and explain them the organization and Livelihood
interventions from time to time;
Ensure record files of all the trainings and entrepreneurs for audit.
Ensure timely prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, yearly work plans and progress reports;
Ensure effective linkages with the Govt. departments, line agencies, INGOs and NGOs.
Assist team and communities towards sustainability of activities.

GENERAL
Language - Knowledge of English, Sindhi, Reading Writing & speaking tradition and culture is Must for all positions,

All above position will desires 70% travel in various districts.
