Manager Administration based in Karachi

An opening for Manager Administration based in Karachi. Applicants should have at least 10 years experience in a similar capacity and preferably hold a Masters degree in Public Administration or Management. An outline of the responsibilities are:



· Plan, manage and control general office administration

· Procurement of office supplies and equipment

· Manage inventory control

· Manage safety and health aspects of property and person

· Manage security of assets and other security related issues

· Maintenance of office premises/equipment including housekeeping

· Management of company vehicles

· Travel arrangements

· Arrangement for meetings etc.

· Impeccable management of documentation and records

· Supervision of Admin Staff ensuring optimum efficiency, discipline and compliance of policies

· Provide administrative support to facilitate functions of other depts.

· Assist GM Admin in any other admin related matters
