Job Description
Job Responsibilities  Ensure that TCF Volunteers and Alumni department
operates efficiently and achieves agreed goals & objectives
 Manage ongoing tracking of the Annual Volunteers and
Alumni plan; ensuring delivery against targets
 Develop and implement mentorship programs as well as
idea generation for new and effective volunteer programs
 Ensure program quality and stability through development
and implementation of standards and controls, systems and
procedures and regular evaluation
 Develop new programs for student advancement &
development through activities like Career Days
 Prepare and manage the overall budget for Volunteers and
Alumni Programs
 Liaise with educational institutions to facilitate TCF students
for scholarships for higher education and vocational training
 Engage with external partners in garnering scholarship funds
for post-Matric students

Minimum
Qualification
Bachelors
Experience Required 3-5 years working experience
Knowledge and Skills  Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong command over English and Urdu
Expected Travel Occasional
Age 25+
