Job Description
Job Responsibilities Ensure that TCF Volunteers and Alumni department
operates efficiently and achieves agreed goals & objectives
Manage ongoing tracking of the Annual Volunteers and
Alumni plan; ensuring delivery against targets
Develop and implement mentorship programs as well as
idea generation for new and effective volunteer programs
Ensure program quality and stability through development
and implementation of standards and controls, systems and
procedures and regular evaluation
Develop new programs for student advancement &
development through activities like Career Days
Prepare and manage the overall budget for Volunteers and
Alumni Programs
Liaise with educational institutions to facilitate TCF students
for scholarships for higher education and vocational training
Engage with external partners in garnering scholarship funds
for post-Matric students

Minimum
Qualification
Bachelors
Experience Required 3-5 years working experience
Knowledge and Skills Proficiency in using computer (MS Office, Internet etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command over English and Urdu
Expected Travel Occasional
Age 25+
