PROJECT MANAGER

URGENTLY REQUIRE PROJECT MANAGER
Required candidate should be BE in Mechanical with 6 ~ 8 years of experience, with age not more than 30 years. Position is for our Rice Facility in Muridke. Responsibilities of the position would be as follows:

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring safe work practices at all the project sites in compliance with the company’s safety policy.
2. Ensuring to comply by the company’s target of TRIR.
3. Preparing AR document for all upcoming expansions.
4. Making timelines for all the projects.
5. Preparing BOQs and drawings for relevant projects.
6. Preparing detailed budget sheets for the projects.
7. Getting necessary approvals for the AR and budget from management.
8. Preparing SOC document and getting its approval before initiating each project and submitting the approved SOC to safety section.
9. Coordination with warehouse and purchase to generate timely PRs and Pos for in time delivery of material at site.
10. Coordination with commercial for acquiring the AR numbers and submitting JRs for timely preparation of work orders and contracts.
11. Ensuring no work is carried out at site without acquiring work permits from the area owner.
12. Making periodic project updates and ensuring project control w.r.t timeline and budget.
13. Coordination with contractors and vendors for acquiring in time and quality services and materials.
14. Managing the entire project team and assigning them heir relevant jobs on daily basis.

Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Trainings at technical topics at sites.
2. Training of Trainee Project Engineers to ensure the desired level of competency.
3. To maintain personal and surrounding hygiene and follow good housekeeping.
4. Assure employees follow Company’s safety rules, regulations and procedures.
5. To participate in D- level Safety meetings. Giving safety improvement ideas and training others about safety issues.
6. Participate and initiate in innovations, development and improvement initiatives.
7. Provide Assistance to all departments for better execution of their jobs.

Technical/Design Skills:

Should have understanding of engineering standards e.g B 31.3, AMSE section VIII etc. Should possess sound knowledge of process piping, stationery and rotary equipment erection techniques. Must have the ability to prepare and interpret P & ID and isometrics. Should be able to prepare BOQs and timelines. Knowledge of any planning tool like Primavera or MS project is also essential.
