JOBS

We have openings for the following positions, on an urgent basis:
1.      Manager Finance (Must be CFA or CA Finalist-Lahore Based)
Duties
Ø  To interact and support the Executive Directors, and fulfill their requirements within the policy framework
Ø  Monthly closing and reporting
Ø  To introduce and monitor cost control activities
Ø  To support annual audit activities
Ø  Assurance of effective internal controls on fee receipts and expenses
Ø  Preparation/Submission of MIS reports
Ø  Periodic internal audit of the branches regarding students billing and expenses by the branches
Ø  Correspondence with the Branches
Ø  Monitoring & managing complete accounting function
Ø  Assist in preparation of annual operating plans, special projects, corporate and tax planning
Ø  Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy of financial data with given timelines
Ø  Develop and manage internal and external reporting system for management and legal compliance
Ø  Liaison with suppliers, auditors, consultants, tax and corporate bodies for related matters
Ø  Assist in designing and implementation of ERP and related system/procedures
Ø  Assist in analyzing new business opportunities and business expansions
 Skills Required
·         Working experience in Oracle environment
·         Well versed in regulatory and taxation requirements
·         Budgeting and planning skills  
2.      School Administrator (Must be graduate preferably MBA-Lahore Based)

            Duties

Ø  To prepare reports, agendas, minutes, circulars, memoranda and disseminates such appropriate information to staff and parents.
Ø  To assist the Principal in implementing SSS policies and procedures and ensure staff are advised, in order to comply with them and indulge in "Good Practice".
Ø  To maintain and update annual inventories of stocks.
Ø  To assist in planning of management calendars.
Ø  Arrange and plan for special events including, play, carnival, parties, sports day, field trips, and other events.
Ø  Ensuring plant and premises maintenance.
Ø  Monitor and compile school stationery requisition and submit according to deadline.
Ø  Manage and monitor security guards and custodial staff.
Ø  To monitor and manage entry and exit of personnel on the school property.
Ø  To monitor inter school transfer of goods from other schools and the HO.
Ø  To ensure cleanliness of the campus and take necessary measures to maintain good environment, safety (evacuation drills, emergency exit plan, first aid box, etc) and hygiene conditions (changing of water filters, cleanliness in canteen and toilets).
Ø  To arrange and maintain appropriate stocks of printed and consumable stationery for the smooth running of school operations.
Ø  To update and maintain students personal files.
Ø  To record all notices and reminders issued to students.
Ø  To prepare and type all work like letters, circulars, notices, calendars, etc. and file them appropriately.
Ø  Administer / Supervise duty at the gate at the time of students in & out (School opening / closing time).
Ø  To attend meetings with Accounts Manager for planning, monitoring and reconciling budgets
Ø  To monitor payroll services.
Ø  To establish and welcome prospective parents and give guided tours in the Principal’s absence.
Ø  To cater to existing parent body and arrange meetings as required.
Ø  To set up and maintain accurate personnel databases.
Ø  To advise and train staff to ensure information technology requirements of the school (and related training needs) are met.
Ø  To oversee and manage the production of all documentation required for teaching and staff support appointments or changes i.e. contract of employment, statutory enclosures, pay forms, etc.
Ø  To update all Personal Files.
Ø  To manage and arrange for Induction of new staff.
Ø  To arrange training to administrative staff on school procedures as required.
Ø  Maintain an up-to-date resume data base for future reference.
Ø  Maintain up-to-date staff evaluation files.
Ø  To manage and monitor staff duties.
Ø  To ensure attendance of staff as per schedule and timings.
Ø  To participate in training, learning activities and performance development as required.
Ø  To prepare list of vendors and assess them quarterly.
Ø  To keep and maintain inward / outward mail registers, email records, circulars and memos
Ø  To check and maintain incoming and outgoing telephone call records.
Ø  To maintain peon book and to ensure all letters delivered through peon are recorded in the book

3.      Front Desk Officer (Must be Graduate-Lahore Based)
Duties
Ø  To welcome and assist customers and clientele
Ø  Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
Ø  Ensures proper distribution and management of incoming and outgoing mail
Ø  Place, receive and route a high volume of calls
Ø  Supply information to callers, relay messages and announce visitors
Ø  Other tasks as and when assigned
 Skills Required
·         Must be good looking
·         With speaking power of English
·         Presentably and language skills
·         Ability to take up roles and responsibilities on a pro-active basis
·         Proficiency in MS Office

IT Process Analyst

The IT Process Analyst will manage, lead and take initiatives to enhance business process throughput and modelling, in Pakistan.

Required:
• Bachelor of Science degree in IS or related discipline and 2-4 years’ experience with IT Service Delivery area
•ITIL V3 certification
Project management experience

 Preferred:
• Solid experience with IT processes Management including portfolio planning, phases of (SDLC), BPM or Six Sigma.
•  Demonstrated process improvement experience (3+ years).
• Demonstrated experience including the use of established project plan development, contingency planning, risk and issue management.
• Knowledge of principles and practices for process engineering and re-engineering techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and to meet aggressive schedules.
• Experience with implementation of Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and processes.
