A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Distribution Company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires a ASSISTANT HR MANAGERS. The incumbent must have capability to develop and implement the Human Resources strategy in order to meet Organization objectives
Responsibilities:
• To develop key HR policies and procedures
• To manage Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Functions
• Training & Development Functions
• Recruitment & Selection Functions
• Administration & IR functions
Skills :
• Well acquainted with MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good Presentation Skill
Qualification: MBA(HR)/MPA/ Equivalent foreign degree in Human Resource
Age : 28-30 Years
Gender: Male
Experience : At least 3-4years hands-on experience of HR and Good practical knowledge of labor laws in reputable company. Distribution companies personnel will be preferred.
Salary : Very attractive+Allowance+ other benefits upon confirmation such as membership in Provident Fund as well as entitlement for OPD and Hospitalization policy as per company policy
