Job Description:

• Contribute to the achievement of the Mission, Vision and Business Objectives through the development and implementation of HR Strategies, Policies, & Procedures
• Develop, implement and evaluate HR Strategy in accordance with the business strategy and objectives and ensure the strategic integration of HR S
• Lead the development and growth of the Human Resource staff through effective management of resources
• Ensure that HR Functions are seen as a proactive, strategic and integrated with strategy.
• Keep the Management promptly updated on all aspects concerning Human Resource Management
• Work collaboratively across all Staff to ensure continuous improvement of the HR Function, working to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Arrange training programs to all the Line Managers to ensure that the Department Heads are acting as HR Professionals
• Introduce and enhanced Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Develop Human Resource Policies and implementing procedures to achieve the most effective use of Human Resources to improve productivity and increase customer satisfaction
• Ensure that the policies, systems and procedures to mange performance effectively, including rewards and incentives to deserving personnel are adhered to
• Develop and implement staff orientation policy
Skills

Educational Qualification:
• MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field
