A Multinational FMCG is looking for a highly motivated “Shift Engineer(Electronics)”for a permanent position.

QUALIFICATION:



Knowledge – B.E (Electronics) should have complete command over basic electrical / electronics concepts and should be able to read electrical drawings. Hands on experience of trouble shooting and maintenance will be preferred.


Skills –Should have complete skills in Maintenance or electrical items and should have good communication & interpersonal skills.


Competencies - Should be competent to analyze and solve problems with in minimum time and be able to take decisions in emergencies.




Age Requirement: 30-45 Year(s)



EXPERIENCE:



B.E (Electronics) – Min. one year experience in related field.

B.Tech (Electronics) – Min two years experience in related field.

Job Description:



1) Maintenance:

· Ensure running of all plants at optimum efficiency during the shift.

· Ensure that all job cards should be properly entertained as per system’s standard.

· Fill daily and in detail, the log book of electrical for each corrective maintenance took place in the shift and maintain other relevant records.

· Manage and perform all repair and fabrication works in coordination with engineering team.

· Rectifying the defects of all plants, machineries when required and guide team members for continues improvement

· Ensuring implementation / filling of the preventive maintenance schedule forms.

· Availing the opportunities of shut downs on holidays to plan and carry out the preventive works that are not possible during normal working hours

· Bring into the knowledge of Asst. Manager regarding spare parts and materials that are required / unavailable in store.

2) Continues Improvement:

· Strong liaison among all departments for problems regarding maintenance jobs and kaizan activity.

· Gathers significant knowledge of machine parts and materials which are present in the Company

· Gather maximum knowledge of machineries used in biscuit industry and strive for continues improvement in the current system.

3) Responsibilities towards health and safety:

· Ensure that during the shift every team member must take proper safety measures while performing repairs and fabrication jobs.

· Ensure that during engineering related jobs food, environment and health safety rules, company policies should not be neglected by any employee of the company.
