"Sales Executives" - DUBAI

A large & well reputed bank in Dubai require "Sales Executives" for HOME FINANCING/LOAN related products ( door to door field sales )

Job description:

Will be responsible to sell bank’s Home Loan products. This will be done by personal efforts through cold calling or through personally acquired database. Will have monthly targets to achieve and will report to the Team leader / ASMs.

Education: Minimum graduate

Age: minimum 21

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year direct/field sales experience of selling Home loan products. Working experience in banks, branches, FMCG, Insurance, finance companies, dealer networks or real estate agents. must be a go getter, flare to meet targets.

Language: well versed in English. Arabic will be an advantage

Package:

» Salary: fixed salary AED 4000/month (Approximately Rs 65,000/month.) plus excellent commissions, best in the industry.
» Medical: Provided by Employer
» Accommodation: Not provided
» Visa Fee: The candidate will not be charged any visa fee.
» Type of visa: Single resident visa
» City of work: Dubai / Abu Dhabi
» Period of contract: 3 Years. With 3 months probation. However, the Bank reserves the right to terminate job/contract by giving a One months notice OR pay.

All Candidates must have a degree/diploma in related discipline, preferably licensed, specific experience in marine, airport, road/highway/bridge and infrastructure project or land development. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, are also a must.

Selection Criteria:

In order to shortlist the candidate, he should (In order of priority)

» Have reasonable command in English ( at least spoken English )
» Should have Retail Banking sales experience for 1 year with any bank or financial institution (For e.g. Credit cards, Mortgages, Liabilities, Personal Loans etc). Experience in FMCG sales, Insurance or medical sales rep is also considered.
» Should have field sales experience of 1-3 years of any FMCG or service ( have proven record of achieving sales targets )
» Aged: minimum 21 years.
» Have a presentable personality.
» Ability to work on his own and at the same time is a team player.
» Bi lingual ( Arabic speaking and comprehension will be an added advantage
» UAE drivers license ( added advantage )
» Prior working experience in UAE or GCC is an added advantage.

» Second Interview: Employer may ask for second interview for final selection
Final Selection: Selected Candidates will be given job offer letter

Note:

Candidate will be charged Rs.15,000 if he refuses to join the bank once he has signed the acceptance / job offer letter. Advance deposit of Rs.15,000 as security will be deposited by selected candidates on acceptance of the job. Once the candidate joins the company then Rs.15,000 will be returned to relevant person in Pakistan.
