Position: Receptionist/In-house CSR
Qualification: Preferably Graduate
Job description:
· Attending existing customer calls for complaints, queries, resolving their issues or escalating.
· Calling potential customers referred by sales team/generating sales leads.
· Scheduling water bottles delivery and preparing rout plans for delivery van on a daily basis
· Verification of daily stock and cash reports.

Customer handling/MS Office
Position: CSR (outdoor)
Qualification: Preferably Graduate
Job description:
· Accompany delivery van for water bottles delivery.
· Customer handling (driver will not handle the customer).
· Cash receipt.
· Help driver in bottles handling.
· Stock management at the delivery van.

Customer handling/working knowledge of mineral water
Position: Salesman
Qualification: Preferably Graduate
Job description:
· Approaching both corporate and individual potential customers to generate sales leads.
· Ensuring to complete the given targets on a weekly basis.
· Market intelligence reporting.
· Ensuring to promote and maintain brand image.
Skills/Experience required:
Customer handling/Extensive knowledge of mineral water marketing and sales
Other Positions: Drivers (one each for Rawalpindi and Islamabad)
Qualification : Metric
Job description:
· Driving delivery van (Suzuki pickup/Shahzore).
· Loading/unloading filled and unfilled 19-liters water bottles.
· Ensuring safety and security of delivery van.
Skills/Experience required:
· Street/road knowledge of the relevant city/both Islamabad and Rawalpindi
· Valid driving license (Suzuki pickup/Shahzore)
· Minimum 2 years working experience
