Main Purpose of the Job

• To develop, drive and execute the Co Strategy in the geographical area covered by Pakistan cluster.
• To deliver according to the financial and non financial targets defined in the Business Plan and budget.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and own the country Co strategy in line with the regional strategy
• Drive product development
• Drive commercial mindset in the organization
• Responsible for delivering the overall CM1 in accordance with the budgeted growth.
• Establishing company. as a major logistics brand known to customers, vendors and industry.
• Creation and follow up on the country sales pipeline. Making sure that the required number and value of future opportunities exist for healthy business outlook
• Drive the commercial strategy for 2014.
• Establish branches as sustainable business units. Generating their own profitability.
• Show aggressive growth in potential market segments of ocean import, air and Afghanistan.
• Financial
• Monitor financial performance and decide on corrective action
• Drive financial improvement plans
• Minimise variable unit cost
• Transparency and control of fixed costs
• Budget and FYE ownership
• Operational
• Establish operational procedures
• Implement and maintain quality measures
• Escalation point for operational issues
• Manage tenders/ pricing at high level

• Optimise organisation and adjust resources to meet business demands
• Succession / people development plan
• Drive values
• Establish and monitor clear objectives
• Responsible for employee engagement
• Customer / vendor relations at management level
