Our client a leading internet service provider looking for Manager Administration for their head office located in Karachi

Job Description:

SUMMARY

Plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of an organization, such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services. May oversee facilities planning and maintenance and custodial operations

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following other duties may be assigned.

To manage and lead the Admin Team and ensure that all assigned functions to each team member are properly performed, executed and delivered within time frames

To closely monitor and keep track of ongoing requests, assignments or deliverables pending with any of the members of the team and serve as a crisis leader in the event of urgent issues concerning these requests

To provide admin strategies, produce results and proposals to deliver to Senior Management

To provide strategic managerial support to all the departments and employees in the organization in terms of admin resources availability and commitment to quality service of its team members at all times

To manage administration responsibilities which are: Company-related concerns, such as: Registrations, Renewals of registrations, licenses, etc.

Insurance registration, renewals, cancellations, claims, etc.

Refurbishment, maintenance of office premises and showrooms Contacting contractors and short-listing quotes Office supplies and consumables Legal/Police matters or issues General Public Relations matters, such as: Contracts, Labor procedures, New employee needs (office space, company issued assets, access cards, etc.)

Official correspondence/letters, certificates, memoranda, Travel & Hotel bookings, Security, Expense sheet claims / OPD, employee cards etc. and other employee’s requests

Skills Required:

Able to communicate with a wide range of people (face to face, telephone, written)
Able to priorities own workload and meet deadlines
Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Good organizational skills
Good customer service skill
Accurate and consistent
Good computer skills
