Head of HR (KHI)

Looking for a highly dynamic and result-oriented Head of HR for one of our clients.

Qualification: The ideal candidate should be holding MPA / MBA Degree preferably in Human Resource Management.
Experience: At least 10-12 years hands on experience of handling core HR functions. Candidate must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
Initiate, plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring and monitoring necessary aspects of the department. .
Liaise with other departmental head to understand all necessary requirements with respect to HR development, and to ensure the fulfillment of the same.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and practices and to provide suitable interpretation to the senior management.
Conduct salary surveys and formulate the benchmarks for annual salary increments and bonuses, also establish the new salary and incentive bands.
Ensure the performance management activities meet and integrate with organizational requirement.
Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Plan and direct learning activities for all the employees including senior management and to maintain contact with external resources for training and development activities.
Manage and control departmental expenditure with respect to the approved budgets
