Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager

This function requires leading the Brand Marketing Department to long term growth. It requires preparing & communicating a Positioning Statement for each of the brands. It entails planning, directing & monitoring brands, in terms of new product development, product improvement, pricing & profitability, advertising & promotions, research & market share. It involves regular interaction with all GMs & Sr. Managers for strategic decision making & Coordination on product services issues; and with Sales Department personnel for completion of all objectives.

Should preferably, but not necessarily, be an MBA/BBA major in marketing, and must have wide exposure to both marketing & sales functions. Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing & Sales. Have a track record of FMCG, but service sector experience--and having lived/worked abroad-- an advantage; polished interpersonal skills; have a deep understanding of all aspects of the lifestyle industry.
