Purpose of Role
The position holder will support the business objectives of driving Quality Initiatives in Pakistan








Profile – Roles and Responsibilities (Position)


--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

l Implementation and maintenance of Quality & Environment Management System in all the VACs

l Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved; maintaining awareness of the business context

l Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply;

l defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;

l setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;

l identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;

l collating and analysing performance data and charts against defined parameters;

l Facilitate development of BoK for Six Sigma and Lean

l Facilitating Process improvements

l Ensuring successful roll out of all projects and process

l Analysis of Voice of Customer (VOC), Voice of Mission (VOM) and Complaint Data on ongoing basis for identification projects

l Productivity Improvements from Service Quality perspective

Graduate, Six Sigma GB Trained.

Professional Experience – Years & Relevance

Min 5 years of relevant Quality Management experience
