Job Description:

SKF is a technological leader for more than 100 years with presence in over 130 countries worldwide. Sue to expansion of our operations, we are looking for highly resourceful, dynamic and dedicated individuals to fill the following position:

Regional Managers [Karachi (1) & Lahore (1)] -2 positions:

These are key positions reporting directly to Managing Director. The regional manager shall be responsible for: -

* Managing a team of professionals engineers and managers to achieve business objectives
* Enhancing penetration in target industry through proper activity planning in order to increase sales to the identified accounts
* Developing long term business relationship with key customers by extending technical support through trainings/seminars/workshops/presentations etc.
* Reviewing Product forecast for targets areas and counseling with management team for its preparation and implementation
* Ensuring effective joint action plans with key business partners to achieve company goals and objectives

The ideal candidates should be a B.E. (mechanical) from a recognized university with minimum 10-15 years of industrial experience in sales/maintenance field. MBA will be an added qualification. The candidates should be business focused and a strong team leader having excellent negotiation skills and a vision to work in line with the organizational objectives.
