Reporting to: Regional Head HR Admin
Education: Civil/ Electrical Engineering degree or MBA
Experiience: 5 to 7 years of Admin Facilities Management experience
Industry : Telecom
Essential Skills : Project Management,
Candidates with Chiller and Genset experience

Job Description
Manage lay out, office renovation and consolidation assignments based on given requirements
Manage equipments, assets, power and utilities including their repair and maintenance
Conduct site surveys & supervise Admin build out projects
Supervise Genset operations at regional office
Manage verification & quantity survey of build out projects
Conduct technical surveys; come up with resolution proposals for office electrical and civil work issues
Oversee management of relevant systems, automation and quality of service
Proficient in operating MS Office suite and Auto CAD
