JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         The applicant will be responsible for the following for the CEO and President
·         Contracts, letters of commitment, and addenda
·         Sales, Operations, HR, Retail, Field, and Finance Departments
·         Contracts and letters of commitment
·         Billing information
·         Responsible for Control Desk goals, objectives, policies and procedures, staffing, budgets, fiscal
·         Management and quality improvement insuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
·         Supervising and handling Human Resources issues, policies and procedures and data.
·         This position is responsible for acquiring, verifying accuracy and entering data as required.
·         Maintains quality services by maintaining and following procedures and manuals; resolving processing problems.
·         Respond to and follow up any organizational inquiries using appropriate methods.
·         Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
·         Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

·         Must hold either a Masters or Bachelors Degree from a reputable University (Degree from Abroad is
·         desirable)
·         Experience of at least one year in any leading industry and exposure to Pakistani markets
·         Technical knowhow, preferably in IT, or other fields of interest would be a plus point
·         Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
·         Proficient in Communication Skills, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, Listening , Decision Quality, Problem Solving and Strategic Agility
·         Good presentation and team building skills
·         Ability to develop and communicate a clear and compelling sales/ marketing vision
·         Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to produce quality materials within tight time frames, and simultaneously manage several projects.
·         Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
