JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Candidate must be able to develop the complex applications and modifies/maintains the existing applications.

·         Designs/codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools.

·         Maintains and modifies existing applications on their own as well as under direction from the project manager.

·         Efficiently complete tasks in the allotted time frame

·         Performs custom programming at customer request.

·         Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

·         At least 2.5 - 3 years of software development experience with 1 year hands-on experience in developing Ruby on Rails applications.

·         Have clear concepts about Agile development

·        Experienced in developing application based on MVC Architecture

·         An excellent team player as well as good individual performer

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
