An International Five Star Hotel Chain based at Islamabad, Pakistan requires HR Manager, This is a high profile position; candidate must be capable to strategize HR management and employee development. Implementing HR policies and procedures. Define corporate HR strategies, setting and monitoring KPI’s, competency mapping appraisals and succession planning. Must be strong in developing, analyzing reports and presentations.
Eligibility: MBA (Human Resource), 7-8 years experience in the same field. Hotel industry experience will be preferred.
