[Marketing] Position: Product Manager (Female ONLY) Company: MNC Lubricant Experience: 2-3 years in Marketing, preferably Lubricants business Responsibilities:1. Organize and coordinate all advertising, promotion and sponsorship program ensuring that they meet the marketing objectives. Manage adaptation of program material, meet timeline. Measure effectiveness of material produces, implementation of sales impact.2. To maintain database on market response for each A&P activity, manage & monitor A&P budget & activities within set limits. Provide timely feedback/report to management on all A&P activities/information/market developments.3. Manage product promotions, planning and performance, including analysis vs target and plans.4. Conduct cost effective market research to ensure effective development of advertising and sales promotion programs, evaluation of market, value mapping, prospect development.5. Manage and interact with advertising agency to ensure highest quality.6. Develop manage and implement all below the line advertising activities, including planning & budgeting.7. Identifying activities based around the overall Brand Awareness Campaign.8. Responsible for creating merchandising and retail disciplines in the channel. Effective analyses of merchandising results, impact gained and results achieved.9. Focus on activities meeting the volume and profit targets. Including holding of Seminars, Exhibitions etc.10. Manage the Industrial & Automotive Product brand development market research and communicating strategies and overall advertising and sales promotion expense commitments.11. Manage the Company’s Industrial & Automotive product line and provide input as needed to the Global product planning process and leadership teams.12. Manage and implement aggressive marketing & product pricing plans and strategies to penetrate market and achieve maximum sales profit and market share in the country. Develop and aggressive and profitable Distributor strategy for sales of Mobil products in the country.13. Formulate and implement advertising and promotion strategy in conjunction with the marketing plans and strategies and budget allocated.14. Establish competitive and external review of the business environment, appraise management, identify and assess significant trends & initiatives for business opportunities. Keep abreast of market information i.e. new business, competitive activities, reviewing marketing & pricing strategies in different scenarios.
