One of our Client involved in the manufacturing sector is looking for a TAX ACCOUNTANT for its operations located in Korangi Industrial Area Karachi.


TAX ACCOUNTANT
JOB LOCATION: Karachi


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: ACCA - 6 Papers
CIMA - 8 Papers
ICMA - Stage 3 Cleared
PIPFA - Final Stage
BBA FINANCE



MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year



SALARY RANGE: Rs. 12,000 - 15,000 /-


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual will be required to carry out following:

- Ensuring compliance with Pakistan corporate taxation including income tax, sales tax,

excise duty, etc;
- Coordinate with external tax advisors
- Ensuring timely submission of the return to tax authorities;
- Preparation of advance tax payments;
- Electronic filing of various monthly / annual returns including WHT with relevant tax

authorities ensuring that all statutory obligations are discharged on a timely manner.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Individuals are expected to possess following skills/ attributes:

- Experience with an accounting firm in the tax department or in a similar position in the industry;

- Able to demonstrate exceptionally strong tax accounting and tax law knowledge

- Good and Sound knowledge of Accounting.

- Knowledge of MS Office
