Age Requirement: 28-35 Years



Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in FMCG/Pharma Sales, out of which at least 2 years in the Senior / RBM

Achievement of Regional Sales & Growth objective

Market Development

Maintenance of Infrastructure for smooth operation

Operational & Budgeting Control (HR,Finance,Operations)

Cost to Sales Ratio

Implementation & Adherence of Policy and procedures

Team Building

Develop good association with Trade & Principal
