Position Title: SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER

Reports To: General Manager / CEO
Supervises: Web Developer, Software Programmer, System Administrator, SEO
Working Conditions: Office based - Karachi, Pakistan (Extensive International Traveling Involved)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
Industry: Japanese Automobile Trading Co.

Purpose of this Position
Responsible for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing the activities and operations of the IT department. Acts as the Technology Expert of the Company, in which those technologies are used to promote fast and accurate work environment. Applicant should be responsible for ERP Solution deployment and implementation in the organization and its out of country branches.

Responsible for ERP related tasks like Planning, Implementation, documentation, SOP design, Data migration etc.

Note: Their main emphasis on ERP development that should be web-based so it could be usable from anywhere throughout their branches. They were asking about the development experience in keen to see the applications developed on such technology.

Education:
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, MIS

Experience At least ten (10) years experience in IT environment, with Seven (7) years of Managerial Exposure, Need .NET based web-based ERP, hence no need of desktop application development experience, .NET based experience is must), Website, ERP, CRM, BI and Mobile Applications, IT Large Project Management, designing, and implementation.

Skills:

Software Development skills (Specially web-based ERPs)
Network Infrastructure Administration and Security
Project Management skills are must
Internet Savvy
Have high level of Integrity and Leadership values (Should have analytical and statistical skills to)
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of personnel.

Remunerations:
The salary is aligned with the standard compensation and benefit structure of our Japan Co. Ltd. Only up to Rs. 150K to 500K drawn salary may apply.

Note: Those candidates are getting less then Rs. 120K PM, do not apply for this position.
