A growing construction company requires a qualified/part qualified personal for” Head of Accounts” at his head office situated at Federal B Area Karachi.
Individual must have the following expertise:
Qualification : CA/ACMA/ACCA-Part qualified may be considered
Experience : Atleast 5 years (Relevant industry experience will prefer)
Age : 35 to 45
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining/supervises suppliers’ ledger, outstanding list, aging report
Maintaining bank book, cash book
Preparation of bank reconciliation
Maintaining expenses summary at month end.
Maintaining collection register and summary at month end.
Maintaining fixed assets register
Supervises stocks’ ledger, closing stock report at month end.
Supervises procurement process.
Supervises store room
Monthly P&L Accounts
Monthly Balance Sheet
Monthly Cash Flow Statement
Budgeting/planning and forecasting
Comparison of actual results with budget
Variance Analysis with reasoning
Monitor day to day activities
