Job Description:
Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
Select materials needed to complete work assignments.
Receive, Direct and Relay Telephone Messages..
Direct Clients and the General Public to the appropriate Staff Member.
Respond to Public Inquiries.
Open and date stamp all General Correspondence.
Maintain the General Filing System and File All Correspondence.
Ensures that confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained.
