Job Description:
Develop policies and procedures for customer care, and customer retention.
Create & Implement plans for continuous improvement of Customer Services Experience
Implement customer care strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor performance of each segment and ensure consistent performance of department.
Operate OSS, RFPs effectively to achieve set sales target.
Monitor operational efficiency of the department.
Ensure new sales promotions are effectively reached to proper segmented market.
Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
