Female Administrative Assistant

JOB OPPORTUNITY

Female Administrative Assistant required for the Karachi office of a busy Canadian immigration consultancy headed by one of the Certified Canadian Immigration Consultants Mr. Amir Ismail, recognized by the government of Canada as an Authorized Representative. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, customer service abilities and phone etiquette. Must be proficient in Outlook and Word; experience in Excel beneficial.

Candidate will be required to handle immigration inquiries over the phone, book appointments, compose/type emails, maintain clients files, conduct meetings with immigration clients, do internet research, and assist office manager as needed as well as assist Mr. Amir Ismail in arranging immigration information sessions during his visit to Pakistan in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad (traveling will be required occasionally).

Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail is also required.

A Bachelor's degree preferred, but we will consider equivalent office experience.

Prior immigration office experience would be beneficial.
