Major Responsibilities
Conduct Audits of branches in accordance with Audit Plan
Discussion of audit observations with the Branch Manager
Preparation & Maintenance of working papers as per requirements of Audit Manual
Prepared Report on observations & make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, develop the process of follow up of reported audit findings;
Develop accurate & complete audit work papers to support audit findings & documents of work performed.
Disposal of remission proposals
Qualification:
Masters in Commerce/Business Administration
Experience:
Minimum three years Audit experience with a commercial bank/financial institution.
Officer - Compliance
Education: Minimum Graduate.
Experience: 1-2 years related working experience
Core Competencies:
Knowledge of SBP Regulations and Instructions especially relating to M1 to M5
Knowledge of Branch Operations
Working knowledge of Core banking application
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Good Analytical abilities
High on Ethical Standards
Key Responsibilities
Monitor customer’s accounts activity / transactions to identify any unusual or suspicious activity on a daily basis.
Detailed analysis of transactions and reporting to Head of Compliance if found suspicious.
Assist in ensuring implementation of the Compliance Program
Assist in preparing new MIS for the purpose of transaction monitoring while updating others maintained in house
Preparation and submission of queries forwarded by NAB through SBP including SROs.
Monitor, review and enforcement of Bank’s KYC & AML policy
Any other responsibility assigned by the Head of department

Key Responsibilities
To ensure adequacy and effectiveness of the system of internal control on an ongoing basis at branches.
To carry out, if needed, the Onsite monitoring of branches and departments in order to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control;
Ensuring that operational procedures developed in the Bank are being adhered to;
Ensure that JDs of each level employees are prepared and maintained by respective department;
Identifying financial errors on sample basis in the GL & highlighting the same to respective branch / department;
Evaluating the responses received with reference to the errors, from particular branch / department;
Identifying operational control weaknesses
