Description:
• Close liaison with the department throughout the hiring activity.
• Job posting on portals, link, workgroups and newspapers as per requirement and nature of job.
• Short listing of recumes according to carefully devised criteria as per job descriptions.
• Scheduling and Coordinating interviews (informing candidates, arranging venue coordination with panel) country wide.
• Updating Employee database on regular basis
• Sourcing quality candidates for the critical positions through different sources
• Post selection activities placing offers, issuing appointment letters, medical letters, collection of credentials, Personal file manintenance.
• Coordinating with Recruitment Help Desk for joining formalities.
• Conducting follow up with new joiners.
• Eminently active in taking interviews of junior level positions.
• Participate and represent PTCL in various job fairs at different platforms across the country.
• Coordinate with topnotch universities of Pakistan for the induction of fresh trainee engineers.
• Involved in the E-Recruitment activities with ERP department.
• Prepares hiring cases of recommended candidates and negotiates with the candidates in case of their joining.
• Dealing with reference cases, follow-up, providing feedback to management. Responsible for communicating regret messages to inapt candidates.
• Maintain and update record of CV's on regular basis.
• Any other assignment given by manager.
