Experience : 4 years relevant experience with FMCG preferably Multinational
JD:

Deliver zonal sales targets
Assist NSM in planning sales operation for the relevant region
Responsible for effective, efficient monitoring and execution of channel plans
Handling distributors in terms of ROI and logistics / investments
Inventory management
Identify growth opportunities through constant evaluation and analysis of sales, market share market trends
Scan current and forecast future competitor activity
Ensure compliance of cold chain usage as planned and effective utilization of vizi cooler
Ensure execution of in-store branding plans
Visit the market on a regular basis
Develop and manage key accounts to deliver above average growth
