Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive.



Candidate should have/be:

Excellent command on English Language.

Willing to work in odd hours.

Extremely well versed on Quick books and excel.

Thorough experience with reporting, projections, reconciliation and merchant disputes.

This job requires constant follow up and communication with all associated parties.

Qualification: CA/ACCA Part Qualified, M.Com/MBA (Finance)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the field of accounts & reporting - Articles from a CA Firm would be preferred.

Salary: Based upon qualification and experience.




Candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Commission calculations (for receivables and payables for two divisions)

2. Daily reconciliations of various accounts (both in Quick books and banking accounts)

3. Data entry into Quick books

4. Daily reporting

5. Charge back disputes with merchants including constant follow up with merchants

6. Importing excel spreadsheets into Quick books

7. Weekly projection reports

8. Settlement verifications
