PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource or related field with minimum of 15 years experience.

§ Learning Management
§ Workforce Analytics

· Ability to understand and articulate the strategic value of integrated Recruitment and Talent Management processes with a strong business acumen.
· Excellent reporting skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
· Effective verbal communication including the ability to relate well with others and ability to adapt style as needed.
· Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiatives to drive projects.
· Ability to measure, identify and report on talent within the organization.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers;
· Advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection;
· Preparing job descriptions and person specifications;
· Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised;
· Designing or revising application forms, including developing online processes;
· Preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of organisation - for example, brochures and further particulars;
· Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organisation is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
· Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants;
· Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities;
· Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes;
· Training staff in interviewing techniques and on the role of the assessor at a selection center;
· Developing plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring within an organization;
· Assisting in the implementation of redundancy programmes, which may include the development of early retirement packages and voluntary redundancy schemes.
· Provide organization development consulting to departments.
· Perform other job related duties as required.
