Director OD/HR Planning

Hi All,

We are looking for a Director OD/HR Planning for a large Multinational company.

The position is based in Islamabad.

Salary is approx Rs. 350,000 to 450,000 per month.
[The figure includes a car allowance -- paid in cash]

The position reports to the head of HR and Admin

Required: About 10 years (or more) experience in strategic Human
Resource leadership (including recent experience in supporting large,
complex organizations).
Preferred: MBA with specialization in HR from well-reputed local/
foreign University

Job description follows:

Director OD/HR Planning

The selected candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a
track record of building partnerships within the organization and have
a history of implementing successful programs across the company.
Strong leadership, organizational credibility, business acumen,
compensation knowledge and decisive execution are the keys to be
successful in this position. Further details of the desired candidate
are as follows:

Essential Functions:
• Provides assistance to the company’s business units and
functions in defining suitable organizational structures, optimal
performance levels, appropriate systems and procedures
• Evaluate organization structures, policies and processes.
Recommend, design and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure
alignment with the Company’s overall direction.
• Focuses especially on management of corporate restructuring operations
• Responsible for developing and implementing a market
competitive compensation system.
• Institutes a credible mechanism for assessing the
inconsistencies among various groups of the company
• Develop various HR guidelines and policies into a
comprehensive HR policy manual.
• Manage core Performance Management and feedback processes
• Build process tools, collateral materials and presentations
to support OD initiatives and roll out.

Demonstrated success in all Human Resources functional areas within a
fast-paced, technically focused environment
Excellent leadership skills including; outstanding communication,
delivery of results, consultative skills, and team building.
Proven success in conducting organization design and development
initiatives, implementing change models and developing organization
structures while proactively driving ongoing optimization efforts.
Possess strong analytical/judgmental skills to recommend strategies,
which support the transformation process in line with the company’s
objectives.
Excellent project management skills including successful leadership of
projects from planning phase through completion
