DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Maintaining profitable business relationships through telemarketing.

·         Ensuring sales and achieving revenue targets.

·         Expanding local customer base and penetrating into profitable accounts.

·         Taking in-bound calls to resolve customer queries

·         Generating data base from references

·         Maintain and build customer relationship for future sales.

·         Identify potential new clients, segments and business opportunities that are in line with the company business strategy.

·         Minimum of Bachelor degree, one year experience in telesales would be preferred
