| The Head of Purchase and Supply Chain (PSM) is a Manager-level position and the incumbent will report to the Senior Manager - Operations. The head of PSM will establish procurement department's goals and objectives. Will supervise all aspects of the purchasing function including materials management and vendor negotiations. Will develop, administer, and direct the procedures and policies for the purchase of supplies, equipment, and services at the most favorable prices consistent with quality, quantity, and efficiency. Will also manage supplier base and purchasing duties to support production needs. Drive quality and delivery improvements. Support various departments with purchase order requests and generate reports for review by upper management. Trend issues and performance for business review meetings with vendors. Lead and direct Purchasing staff and partner closely with hospital's various departments. Drive improvement in purchasing department and support company-wide improvement initiatives. |
| Skills Required: |
| Qualification, Experience, Skills & Abilities - Masters Degree in Business or related field. - 10-15 years' experience as Buyer with atleast 3 years as Purchasing Manager. - Experience of managing and improving a diverse supplier base. - Drive quality and delivery improvements. - Full understanding of quality tools and supplier qualification. - Service attitude for effective communication and interaction with business associates and outside organizations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Good Command over Ms. Office. - Must be customer service oriented, self-directed, responsible, and able to work on problems of diverse scope involving various cross-functional groups. |
Head of CRD - Communication & Resource Mobilization Department

| - Develop and implement a resource
mobilization strategy to support the realization of TIHs strategic plan and
growth objectives. - Define TIHs donor relations strategy, including private sector and cause-related marketing, based on market intelligence. - With due inputs from Finance and Operations, lead donor communication, including development of key donor reports - Prescribe, lead and conduct market research and marketing initiatives to assess donor priorities and identify opportunities for resource mobilization - Help to define, implement, evaluate and continually improve TIHs marketing / communications strategy, including corporate positioning, comparative advantages, key success factors, major players (stakeholders, influencers and competitors) - Lead the development, implementation and continual refinement of a Donor Relationship Management module of TIHs Hospital Management Information System - Establish quality standards for proposals and concept notes and ensure achievement (through monitoring, mentoring and training) - Ensure communication and knowledge management are built into every project proposal. - Prepare key donor documents in coordination with Hospital Information Services Department. - Develop and maintain database of donors, project concept notes and project proposals. - In coordination with Operations and Finance, prepare and negotiate donor funding of proposals. - Assess and present to management on a quarterly basis CRDs performance in achieving its goals and targets - Maintain project tracking system and ensure all donor funding requirements are met. |
| Skills Required: |
| - University degree in Marketing, Communication, Fundraising,
Business Administration or related discipline. - Superior knowledge of best practices in national and international donor relations and fundraising. - At least 10 years of industry experience with at least 5 five years experience in resource mobilization/fund raising and proposal development for an internationally. recognized/acclaimed research or development organization - Experience with bilateral, multilateral funding agencies, and familiarity with private foundations that fund health-related activities. - Experience in developing and implementing marketing / awareness strategies - Proven negotiation, strategic planning and execution skills - Strong English writing and speaking skills - Proven ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously and to perform under pressure. - Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize. - Excellent negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution skills. - A team player, with proven performance in a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Fluency in English is required.
