Major responsibilities of the candidate will include:

-To assist in developing and delivering the OD action plans regarding policy development and trainings.
-To assist in ensuring that OD initiatives are fully comprehended and -implemented for the staff.
-To assist the management in adopting the change process.
-To ensure the implementation of strong HR practices as per the set guidelines.
-To participate in conducting communication and awareness sessions at all levels
-To help in developing Employee motivation programs.
-To assist in designing the yearly training plans for the employees.
-To assist in developing and updating the job profiles for all functions.
-To conduct the orientation process at the HO and ensure its thorough implementation at all the properties as per the agreed guidelines.
-To contribute in revising and updating the changes in the policies.
-To assist the HR team in every aspect of their work.
-To assist in managing the process of annual appraisals throughout the organization.
-To assist in the completion of the entire process cycle.
