Manager Training - KHI


Multinational Company

Position: Manager Training
Minimum Qualification:
MBA (preferably in HR)

Required Experience:
At least 05 years of relevant experience in related area (mentioned as key job responsibilities below)

Key Job Responsibilities:
·         To assist the Head of HR in all training related activities
·         Research, prepare, collate information, develop and conduct internal trainings on various topics (e.g. sales management, leadership skills etc)
·         Coordinate with various institutions and companies for training (e.g. Pakistan Institute of Management, Pakistan Society for Training & Development etc)
·         Create and maintain an annual training budget
·         Processing of invoice payments for vendors and training consultants on a timely basis

Location:
Head Office, Karachi

Required Skills:
·         Proficient in Ms Office
·         Excellent Communication Skills
·         Good Organization and Planning Skills
·         Adaptability
